Monthly Plan Terms & Conditions
1.0 This Membership Agreement commences when terms and conditions on Joebraycoaching.co.ukare approved by the applicant constitutes a binding contract between JB Coaching and the individual for golf tuition services over the minimum period of 6 months.
1.1 Membership rights and privileges commence when the Agreement is purchased and Terms & Conditions Approved.
Membership Term, Payment and Termination
2.0 Any and all membership privileges obtained through this membership agreement may be revoked or changed at any time with prior notice to client by JB Coaching.
2.1 At any point during this contract the client may change their membership level with contact to JB Coaching. If costs increase occurs during membership change the client will be responsible for costs occurred.
2.2 The minimum contract term for this service is 6-months. This can be extended or cancelled at any time after the minimum contract period has lapsed.
2.3 Payment is to be made on a monthly basis via PayPal Reoccurring Payments. Payments can also be made via a direct debit.
2.4 If the contract is cancelled or payment stopped by the client within the 6-month period. JB Coaching has the right to invoice for the remaining contract period.
2.5 Any unused lessons in any one month can be transferred over to the following month only. If lessons are not taken in the allotted time, lesson hours will be lost.
2.6 Memberships can be suspended in the case of extenuating circumstances. JB Coaching will make the final decision if memberships can be suspended. Memberships cannot be suspended for more than 3 months.
2.7 Monthly packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
